Introductory prices are provisional and confirmed when booking. No professional restoration or HD enhancement is included. Applicable taxes, if any, will be stated before payment.

Your finished videos are supplied as downloadable MP4 files. We will arrange a private handoff and send you instructions to save permanent copies.
We do not put family videos on public pages. Until the secure pickup portal is ready, individual downloads are arranged directly with each customer.
Future feature: private viewing libraries and a simple tool to make short clips for sharing.

When your order is ready, we will send you a private delivery link directly. You can download your finished MP4 files to keep and share.
Secure account pickup is being built. This preview does not accept passwords, account registrations, or video uploads.
Individual sign-in and protected video delivery will only be enabled after security testing. For now, each customer receives a direct private handoff.

Will my old VHS look like modern HD video?
No. We preserve the picture and sound the tape contains. Original recording quality, aging, tracking problems and damage may still be visible. Enhanced restoration is not part of our introductory service.
What if my tape is longer than two hours?
Many VHS tapes contain four or six hours of recordings. We can discuss longer transfers and confirm the price before proceeding.
Can I send the videos to family?
Yes, for personal home recordings you have the right to share, you can download your MP4 files and make copies for relatives. The private delivery link is temporary, so save your files promptly.
Do you handle VHS-C, Video8 or Hi8 tapes?
Not yet as a regular service. We're starting with standard VHS while we prepare and test the additional equipment needed for other formats.
How long will it take?
We accept a limited number of tapes at a time and give an estimated completion date before taking them in. VHS transfers happen in real time, and preserving your recordings carefully matters more than rushing them.
What happens to my original tapes?
Your physical tapes are returned to you. We recommend keeping them as the original source even after receiving digital copies.

We're accepting a small number of personal referrals while we finalize our process. Ask about your tapes and we'll confirm availability and pricing before you hand anything over.
